Rome, Dec. 22 (LaPresse) – An Israeli official told the Times of Israel that Hamas has provided "signs of life" regarding several hostages. Israel knows the location of most of the hostages, the official added, but did not specify whether the Palestinian organization has provided a list of the hostages still alive. The official confirmed that Israel would not agree to end the war as part of an agreement but might consent to a form of "prolonged ceasefire."
